Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are perishable food items, we strictly do not accept returns. However, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear video of the unboxing, and we will issue a full replacement.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at fitglobeofficial@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, perishable goods (such as our handcrafted food products) cannot be returned once delivered. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (If applicable for damaged goods) We mostly offer replacements for damaged items. However, if a refund is approved by our team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
